Dear Reader

Any reference to any person living or dead is purely
coincidental, and not meant to cause offence , only to provoke humour, and as a vehicle to "get things off my chest"

Motivation...

When Rozie had the T shirt printed, it was going to be a tribute.
But she realised that in a tragic sort of way,
although she thought of Roger as a muse... (you know all lovely and inspiring)
the truth was that he mostly made her want to explode.
The sheer frustration of that situation
was actually a motivating factor.

Sometimes, dear reader there are things,(read situations and people)
who by either their positive or negative actions or nature,
provoke us to respond...
and sometimes, although it all feels  frustrating at the time,
we look back and see that they provided real motivation to get on and get stuff done.
It's not just the nice fuzzy things in life that move you to where you need to be.

When You're Waiting For A Train That Never Comes....

Your mind can wander, and look for odd things to provide distraction,
strangely Rozie was still able to find a "Roger" distraction, even in the midst of a train strike that left the ladies stranded in Florence.

Apparently.... challenged in the 'humour department'.
Rozie couldn't help but notice the English man.
And as usual ...thought of him as a kind of twin, of Roger Peabody.
(Too much time waiting for trains that kept getting cancelled due to strikes.)

The Realities Of Life....Or How Things Pan Out....

There were certain , well, disappointments.
Not so much in an every day sense,
however... sometimes in those quiet reflective moments,
one could give voice to ones longing/ loss, or lack of meaningful connection.

At first she took it as some sort of slight
against all those amazing, capable, fantastic interesting,
 intelligent women that she knew.
Then she realised, it was really about Roger, and his situation.
Apparently he'd found himself in a back water,
or he didn't know how to negotiate the waters of life,
( or something profound.)
But any rate, she felt a sort of " soft spot", and a bit sorry for his predicament,
and hoped that by some miracle, he'd get on and  let go,
and do whatever it was that would find him free
to experience that lovely part of life.

Sometimes it's hard to connect and sometimes it's hard to let go...

A bit more Rozie and Roger, The story continues.

(not bitter just disappointed)

She really just wanted to find a way to coax him into a friendly dialogue,
a bit of bloggish give and take.
However that would prove difficult and illusive
and truth be known, Roger wasn't to be trifled with.

He (apparently was still on a mission) and had serious people to contend with,
nevermind all this talk of "the story taking centre stage"
And some of the posts being, well dry, and practically crispy,
he didn't want a reminder about the ability of the image to tell the story.
He was determined to get on...nevermind the distractions,
and just in case they got distracting just delete the distractions.
