Sometimes there's no silver lining...

It's harsh and extreme and it takes everything... everything you've got,
or thought you had.
You're left quiet, slow and questioning.
Every thought weighs a ton...and it's all about the same thing...
How can I go on?


Digesting that question appears impossible,
it's impossible to chew through,
 and sticks in your throat.. you simply can't swallow it.
