Love....

Sometimes we all need a hug, and we need to know that we're loved.

What's Going On Under The Surface....

When your roots are down deep in rich soil,
and are well watered.
You're  more stable, than if you find yourself in shallow soil without much water.
You need a strong anchor to negotiate  the winds of life.

Rozie And The Languages Of Love....

She thought of words of affirmation as one of her 'love languages'.

However it all got a bit complicated when she considered that...

  Words of affirmation start with truth.

Truth starts with identifying areas of self delusion.
If you are pretending, and holding on to ideas that are false.
about what your doing,
what your motivations are
and what your behaviour is really all about.

You won't be reflecting truthfully...it won't be from the heart.

And in the end it will only bring trouble.

So it all depends on who's saying what, and if they are being truthful...

sometimes a complicated business.

Motivation...

Most motivation boils down to two things,
love and fear, it's worth thinking about.

Looking Beneatth The Surface...

Ewe have to look beneath the surface...
 to know what's going on.

Self Help, Or Help Yourself....

Just imagine the problem
(by that I mean the problem person...)
And throw a couple of darts,
anything to let a bit of tension out in a helpful way.

Where Are Ewe?...

Sometimes it appears that you're between a rock and a hard place..
No easy answers, it happens to everyone.
  As much as you need support ,you need to do a lot of hard thinking...
and ask a lot of questions.

Rozie Does The Math...

Rozie wasn't really good with maths,
and as it turned out, with certain 'potential relationships'
What she'd interpreted as a plus,
 proved in reality to be a minus, so it all came to nothing.
And that dear reader is a lesson in life,
 do your homework and get the signs right.

Free To Fly...

It's the balance of soaring up high, but still being safely attached, or grounded
that means you're not just out of control.

When Ewe Look Back...

When climbing the mountains of life looking forward can be daunting.
Just take a bit of time to look back at all the climbing you've already done,
and you're sure to be encouraged

Restless....

Like Autumn leaves,
turning changing floating down in drifts.

The thing is  if you rest more
(be a bit settled and believe every thing's moving along at the right pace)
You'll actually be less restless.

Kind Of Like Waiting...

It's only positive if you have hope.

It's only possible if you have patience.

Rozie reflects on life and relationships.

It's A Mystery...

Light and darkness... contrasts,
what's hidden and what's seen.
  To some degree it's a mystery.

We are always surrounded by it,
 but if we pay close attention,
some things will be revealed.

Are Ewe Up The Creek....

Or going with the flow.

Sometimes we are taken in unexpected directions,
and it's all unfamiliar territory, we have new challenges and things to consider.
But just maybe it's all actually going in the right direction.

Rocking The Boat...

If you rock the boat hard enough Ewe'll probably fall out.

And maybe that's not such a bad thing,
 it may give you an entirely different perspective on things,
