The problem is when you haven't been part of the flock for ages,
you forget how to play the game.


Sometimes you don't see the negatives in the culture
until you've been away for a while...

maybe smaller is better.

Sometimes, just when you wanted everything in nice neat rows,
something pops up in the middle of it all.
It's random, doesn't particularly fit in, but there it is.

You dear reader have to decide
 if it's meant to remind you of something, or to show you something.

 Because often it doesn't matter if it's a bit different or a bit out of line....it's OK.
Not everything in life can be controlled.

Sometimes it doesn't seem so,
but it really is true.
Everyone is precious to someone.


To appreciate others, you have to appreciate you,
 what's special about you,
 and what gift you can be to those around you.

Sometimes it's hard to say if it's a wish or a prayer,
 however maybe when we let our deepest thoughts and desires out
 and set them free...
we are planting seeds that someday,
somewhere  will bear the fruit of dreams.

As she laid back and gazed out the window at the vast black country sky....
Rozie let all that space and quiet seep slowly in.
Let things find their place of peace and order.
It felt like things were OK.
Not that she could understand it all.
but it felt OK.

There are times dear reader,
 where time out,and a change of scene
 help us get a bit of perspective.

Where Does It Get You?...

He'd been big, bossy and powerful.
He'd been looked up to and respected, he'd been important, mostly self important.
In the end though, he'd ended up pretty sad and lonely.

There's something special about every body,
so  have a think about whats pretty good about you
 and look for ways to share that with the people around you.

Good Boundaries...

Sometimes it's tempting to see the grass in the next paddock as greener.
But in the long run we know it's not true.
Weather you call them fences, or boundaries they can help you feel safer,
and ultimately more thankful for what you do have.

that seemed to bring out the worst in some people.
She thought about handing out a few 'T'shirts,
as a kind of early warning device.

It's always OK to question,
 and one of the most important things to question is authority,
 because things can get pretty messed up if there are problems with who's in charge.
