We're all on a journey, and have things to do and get on with,
 it's often the first step that's the hardest.

and not all of it's good.
And there are some issues that don't attract nearly enough attention.

This also applies to people,
 and who is thought to be more important
and why this is so...

It's hard to make some topics 'sexy'

Being Looked After....

It's tempting to think that we're in control, 
and it's all up to us to get out there and sell ourselves, 
get busy with all the strategies that bring 'sucess'.


This is just meant as a reminder,
 that Gods' plans are bigger and better If we let him be in charge.
This doesn't always mean instant or easier, 
 we need faith to believe that he has our best interest at heart.

Is It Really About Numbers?...

When things get a bit tough we all want to be able to count on someone,
well may be more than one, in a way the more the merrier.
So maybe it is about the numbers.

I suspect dear reader it's a lot about other things too.

Loving You...

There are times when everything gets too much,
 and it's all a bit too difficult.

And sometimes we need a reminder that 'you need to love you'.
You are unique and important and need to be loved.

Yes it's always lovely when all that love comes from someone else.

However dear reader...
it's important to remember that we need to nurture and take care of ourselves.
Not in spite of everyone else, but because of every one else.

The people in your life need you to be the best you,
 and being the best you starts with you.

So have a think about doing something special...for you!

Cutting Through The Nonsense....

There are times when we all have to think about what's really going on.

There are times when it's difficult to understand or respond to,
 someone else's bad behaviour.

You may feel caught up, and conflicted about how to respond.
You may wonder weather  you'll respond at all.

It's times like these, where a 'pithy'
T Shirt message may come in handy.

It's probably going to be totally ignored by the person you wish would pay attention,
however you dear reader will feel so much better.

Like you've become braver in expressing your opinion.
That in fact your opinion is no longer dressed up in what's expected or what's proper etc..
that indeed your opinion is actually naked.


Just a final thought...if you can't get a T Shirt, just get a badge.

Who Wants control...

Whether it's Uncle Sam   (from the right)

What they all really want is control
It's not Left or right,
it's right or wrong.

Sometimes when you want something,
or to make a connection with someone,
 you have to go outside your comfort zone....
And one way or another, that can get pretty uncomfortable.
Actions can be interpreted in so many ways,
and there's always that possibility of rejection.

There are lots of things to watch, good and bad.
 But It's good to have a think about
how much is just going along with the rest of the sheep.

Sometimes we have the wool pulled over our eyes.

At times we do it ourselves, at times we let others do it for to us...

We  can all choose to hang up the blindfolds.

It's always hard work, and we might need encouragement and support.

We mightn't like what we see in others and ourselves.

However in the end it's better to be able to see reality.

We're All On A Learning Curve...

She did things differently, and at her own pace.
Sometimes her behaviour was thought to be "bad",
However in the scheme of things
It turned out that she was more of an individual,
and not just following along, like a 'sheep'.

And in the end dear reader,
having the freedom to be yourself and like it,
 is very important.
